When is the best time to schedule maternity photos?

The best time to schedule your maternity photos is between 28-34 weeks. We want your bump to be showing, but we don't want you to be feeling (too) uncomfortable. This timeframe often depends on each person and if this is their first pregnancy or not. 

Who should I bring to my maternity photos?

These are YOUR photos, so you get to make the final decision. Whether you want these photos to only have you in them, or include "dad" or your kids. This is such a special chapter in your lives, it's the most fun to capture your family as it is right now before your new addition makes their arrival. No matter who is at your session, as a St. George maternity photographer, I always make sure to get photos of just you. 

What should I wear for  my maternity photos?

When you book your maternity photos in St. George, I will guide you through your outfit selection. Most clients like to wear dresses. These are usually very flattering, but allow enough attention to be drawn to your cute baby bump. I recommend selecting fabrics that are cotton, gauze, and that have a nice flow to them. I recommend avoiding stretch cotton or spandex as these often don't photograph as well or are as flaterring.
